"This Heartland Shiraz comprises Shiraz fruit from vines aged 20 years old and above, grown in the sandy loam soils of Langhorne Creek.
The Shiraz was de-stemmed, crushed and pumped over twice a day for ten days. The wine was matured in older oak barrels for twelve months prior to bottling.
A purple rim encompasses a core of deep ruby. The aromas are dominated by black fruits and hints of spice. The 2020 is forward, fruit-driven, fresh and bright in the mouth.
